A cosmetics factory founded for my daughter

In 2013, I entered the cosmetics industry. The reason was simple: my daughter loved makeup. She had reached the age where she cared about her appearance, spending time in front of the mirror — but I began to lose sleep. Were the products she was using actually safe?

I researched and asked around, yet the more I looked into it, the more uneasy I became. Products on the market made all sorts of extravagant claims, but no one was willing to clearly disclose their ingredient lists. Eventually, I came to a realization: rather than let my daughter use a product with "unclear" ingredients, I'd build my own factory where everything is "clear."

In 2016, Guangzhou Benxi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in Baiyun District. We use only plant-based ingredients, keeping our formulas simple and transparent — so simple that anyone can understand them. Before every bottle leaves our factory, it must pass the same test, one that hasn't changed in thirteen years: "Would I feel confident handing this bottle to my daughter myself?"

Now, my daughter has grown up, and Benxi has evolved from a small factory into a contract manufacturing partner for overseas clients. Only one standard remains unchanged: to give my daughter peace of mind — and to give every customer and every partner brand peace of mind as well.
